Following the announcement made on 26 March 2015, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited ("OCBC Bank") wishes to announce that OCBC Pearl Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of OCBC Bank, has been dissolved on 19 January 2016.

OCBC Pearl Limited ceased to be a subsidiary of OCBC Bank with effect from 19 January 2016.
