Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Mr Cheah You Kong ("Mr Cheah") has tendered his resignation as Acting Head of Finance of the Company to pursue other career opportunities. Mr Cheah is currently serving his notice period and will work closely with the management of the Company to ensure an orderly and smooth transition.

Mr Cheah has confirmed that there are no concerns with regards to financial reporting that led to his resignation and there are no disagreements between him and the board of directors of the Company with regards to practices that would have an impact on the Company's or the Group's financial reporting.

After having interviewed Mr Cheah and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's sponsor, ZICO Capital Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the resignation of Mr Cheah as the Acting Head of Finance of the Company.
