The Board of Directors of the Trustee-Manager (the "Board') is of the opinion, after considering, inter alia, Mr Koh Ming Chye's more than 12 years of retail real estate experience, particularly in China, and his current appointment as Chief Executive Designate and as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Retail Management (China) of Perennial (Shanghai) Retail Management Co., Ltd., his involvement in the management of PCRT's portfolio of assets since PCRT's initial public offering on 9 June 2011, and his prior appointments in China at CapitaLand Retail Limited, that Mr Koh Ming Chye is suitable to perform his role as the Chief Executive Officer of the Trustee-Manager. After making all reasonable enquiries, and to the best of their knowledge and belief, nothing has come to the attention of the Board to cause them to believe that Mr Koh Ming Chye does not have the competence, character and integrity expected of a Chief Executive Officer of the Trustee-Manager of a listed business trust.

His key responsibilities include meeting the strategic, investment, and operational objectives of PCRT.
