Please be informed that at the special meeting of stockholders of the Corporation held today, 14 November 2024, at least two thirds (2/3) of the stockholders of the voting shares represented in the meeting approved and ratified the extension of the validity and effectivity period of the Corporation s Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP), as amended, for an additional period of three (3) years or from 15 December 2024 to 14 December 2027, under the existing terms and conditions. As previously disclosed, this approval follows the prior approval of the Board of Directors of the foregoing extension, at its meeting held on 25 September 2024.
