Detailed reason(s) for cessation
Mr Yeo Hock Huat ("Mr Yeo") has tendered his resignation as the Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company on 5 November 2025. Mr Yeo informed the board of directors (the "Board") of the Company that he has decided to resign in view that the Company's Board and operations have since stabilized and this will be an appropriate time for Mr Yeo to focus on other pursuits.

After having interviewed Mr Yeo, and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the resignation of Mr Yeo as the Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company.
