The board of directors of ASTI Holdings Limited wishes to announce that the Company had on 29 December 2014, together with other vendors entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with J C Investment Pte Ltd for the proposed disposal by the Company of its entire shareholding interest of 64,316,470 ordinary shares in the share capital of APSI Pte. Ltd. together with its subsidiary effected via the disposal of the Sale Shares for a sum of S$8,904,769, equivalent to approximately S$0.1385 per Sale Share.
