At the regular meeting of the Board of Directors ("Board") of Bank of the Philippine Islands held on 20 November 2024, the Board approved the declaration of a cash dividend of One Peso and Ninety-Eight Centavos (Php 1.98) per common share for the second semester of 2024.

Source of dividend payment: Unrestricted Retained Earnings and Undivided Profits as of 31 December 2023 less the capital adjustment as required by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
