Please refer to the Annual Report (file name - JIL_AGM_Annual_Report_29_Sept_2023_Amended) attached to this announcement which replaces and supersedes the original Annual Report in its entirety.

For the easy reference of Shareholders, the above-mentioned corrections to the Notes that have been made are as listed in the attached table of material revisions.

No change has been made to the AGM Notice and the Proxy form which are re-attached to this replacement announcement for the easy reference of the Shareholders.
