1. The Stapled Notes will be listed and quoted in the Bond Market with effect from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 8 April 2015.

2. The short name and abbreviated name of the Stapled Notes are 'Asc HR-BT sn3.3%200407S' and 'AHRBTN20' respectively. The ISIN Code is SG6WE6000005.

The letter "S" denotes that trading of the Stapled Notes is restricted to the persons specified in Sections 274 and 275 of the Securities and Futures Act 2001 (the "SFA").

3. The Stapled Notes will be quoted and traded in Singapore dollars (S$). The Stapled Notes will be in denomination of S$250,000 for each Stapled Note and will be traded in a minimum board lot size of S$250,000 for each Stapled Note.
