Axiata SPV5 (Labuan) Limited (the "Company") refers to the US$1,000,000,000 3.064% Notes Due 2050 which were issued in August 2020 by Axiata SPV5 (Labuan) Limited (the "Notes").

The Company wishes to announce that, as of the date of this announcement, the Company has repurchased and cancelled a principal amount of US$124,916,000 of the Notes from the open market.

As at 24 July, 2026, there was US$496,525,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Notes outstanding. The Notes are listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST).

The Company will continue to monitor market conditions and may make further repurchase of its Notes as and when appropriate. The Company may or may not make any further repurchase of the Notes in the future. Noteholders and potential investors should note that any on-market purchase of the Notes from time to time by the Company will be at the Company's sole and absolute discretion. There is no assurance of the timing, amount or price of any repurchase of the Notes or whether the Company will make any further repurchase at all. Noteholders and potential investors should therefore exercise caution when dealing in any Notes of the Company.
