Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below - Refer to the Online help for the format): We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. on Thursday, July 24, 2025, have, inter alia:
- Approved and adopted the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 ("Financial Results");
- Basis the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company, appointed Mr. Mayank Manoj Patwa, an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (holding membership no. A42480), as the Company Secretary and the Compliance Officer, designated as the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. July 24, 2025; and
- Approved raising of funds upto Rs. 2,000 crores through issuance of upto 2,00,000 Secured, Listed, Rated, Taxable, and Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures ( NCDs ) of Rs. 1,00,000 each, on private placement basis, in one or more series of tranches.
