Reference is made to the announcements of the Company dated February 22, 2022 and March 2, 2022 in relation to the Consent Solicitation to certain Proposed Amendment. The Company is pleased to announce the execution of each of the Supplemental Indentures to each of the Indentures, dated March 9, 2022, by and among the Company, the Subsidiary Guarantors and the respective Trustee, giving effect to the Proposed Amendment in compliance with the conditions contained in each of the Indentures.
