Due to the decision of an early liquidation of the Class USD of LYXOR JAPAN (TOPIX)(DR) UCITS ETF (Stock Code: CW4), the Manager has made an application to delist the Class USD of the Fund from the SGX-ST and the SGX-ST has granted its approval-in-principle of the proposed delisting on 22 July 2016.

Below is the indicative timetable of the proposed winding up and delisting of the Class USD of the Fund:
Last Trading Day - 22 August 2016
Last NAV Day - 26 August 2016
Singapore Payment Date - On or around 6 September 2016
Delisting Date - On or around 7 September 2016
