Mr Lee Teck Leng ("Mr Lee") had indicated to the Board his intention to retire at the next Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held in April 2016.

The Board was of the opinion that it would be desirable for the incoming independent director to be appointed as soon as possible in order to provide the incoming director sufficient time to understand the Company's position and potential challenges faced by the Company.

Upon the request of the Board, Mr Lee agreed to bring forward his intended retirement by way of resignation.
