The board of directors of the Company is pleased to announce that the its wholly-owned subsidiary, Asia Phoenix Angels Pte Ltd has, on 29 April 2015, completed the acquisition of 49% of the issued shares in the capital of APACA from Mr. Ittipon Sumritpunsuk for a consideration of 400,000.00 Thai Baht (the Acquisition).

The Acquisition was deemed completed on 29 April 2015 upon the payment of the Consideration to the Vendor on 29 April 2015. Pursuant to the Completion, APACA has become an associate of the Company.
