It was announced on 19 July 2023 that Ms Ng Hsueh Ling would be stepping down as Chairperson and director of Lendlease Global Commercial Trust Management Pte. Ltd. ("Manager"), the manager of Lendlease Global Commercial REIT.

The Board, after reviewing the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation and taking into consideration Mr Gabbani's experience and qualifications, approved the appointment of Mr Gabbani as Chairperson of the Board of the Manager.
