The Board of Directors of UOL Group Limited ("UOL") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, UOL Treasury Services Pte. Ltd. ("UTS"), has on 3 November 2014 established a S$1,000,000,000 multicurrency medium term note programme (the "Programme"), unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by UOL. United Overseas Bank Limited has been appointed as the arranger and dealer of the Programme. Please refer to attached announcement for further details.
