Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Ms. Ong Xin Xin ("Ms. Alice Ong") has tendered her resignation as the Group Financial Controller ("GFC") of the Company due to health reasons. Ms. Alice Ong is currently serving her notice and her last day of employment is 14 November 2025. She will work closely with the senior management and the finance team to ensure an orderly and smooth transition. The Company is currently searching for a suitable replacement and will make the necessary announcement in due course.

There are no concerns with regards to financial reporting that led to the resignation of Ms. Alice Ong and there are no disagreements between Ms. Alice Ong and the Board of Directors of the Company with regards to practices that will have an impact on the Company's financial reporting.

Based on its enquiries, the Company's sponsor, RHT Capital Pte. Ltd., after having interviewed Ms. Alice Ong and to the best of its knowledge, is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no material reasons for the resignation of Ms. Alice Ong as the GFC of the Company.
