Mr Wong Fook Choy, Sunny did not seek re-election at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") in view of the need to refresh the composition of the Board. Accordingly, he retired as a Director of the Company on 28 April 2017 at the conclusion of the AGM.

Based on its enquiries, the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that other than as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr Wong Fook Choy, Sunny as the Independent Director of the Company.
