The Board of the Bank has considered and approved the proposal regarding raising of Capital by way of Preferential Allotment of Equity Shares in favour of Government of India amounting to Rs. 570 Crore (Rupees Five Hundred and Seventy Crore only). Further, the Managing Director & CEO, as per the authority delegated by the Board, has approved to conduct the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Bank on 27.03.2015;

We have finalized the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Bank duly signed by the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Bank.

Kindly find attached the soft copy of the Notice of EGM of the Bank, with a request to place the same on the site of the Exchange.
