The Board has reviewed and recommended the appointment of Mr Lee Boon Kwong ("Mr Lee") as the Managing Director of J-Dragon Tech (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. ("J-Dragon"), the newly acquired wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, backed by his over 30 years of experience in the precision engineering industry and an incumbent Managing Director of J-Dragon since 2007.
