On July 29, 2026, the Company completed the pricing of its sponsored issuance of 49,000,000 Global Depositary Shares (the GDSs ), representing 245,000,000 Common Shares. The offering price was US$44.17 per GDS (equivalent to NT$287.06 per Common Share). The 49,000,000 GDSs and the underlying 245,000,000 Common Shares will be issued on August 3, 2026. As a result of the issuance of the 245,000,000 Common Shares ( Issuance of New Common Shares ), the Conversion Price of the Bonds is adjusted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bonds as set forth below.

Set forth below is the information relating to the adjustments to the Conversion Price resulting from the Issuance of New Common Shares:

Pursuant to Section 13.06 of an indenture dated as of September 16, 2024 by and between the Company and Citicorp International Limited, as Trustee (the Indenture ) pursuant to which the Bonds were issued by the Company, we hereby notify you of the adjustments to Conversion Price set forth herein.

All capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings set forth in the Indenture unless otherwise defined herein.
