The Renewal of Share Buy-Back Mandate was approved by the Shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 18 October 2013. As at 18 October 2013, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 232,487,354 ordinary shares (excluding 200,000 ordinary shares held as treasury shares). After the share buy-back carried out on 28 August 2014, the issued share capital of the Company is 259,533,354 (excluding the shares repurchased which were held as treasury shares).
