The Nominating Committee ("NC") (save for Mr Tan Wee Han) has reviewed Mr Tan Wee Han's background, qualifications and experience and is of the view that he will bring valuable experience and insights that would be important to the strategic interest of Secura Group Limited ("Company"); with the intention of increasing his involvement in the potential merger and acquisition activities of the Company. The board of directors of the Company accepted the NC's recommendation and approved the appointment of Mr Tan Wee Han as Executive Director of the Company.

Mr Tan Wee Han was appointed as Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director on 16 October 2015.
