Detailed reason(s) for cessation
Ms Tan Geok Moey ("Ms Tan") had tendered her resignation as Non-Executive Director of the Company on 16 July 2026 ("Resignation") for personal health reasons. In addition, Ms Tan has shared that she considers this a timely juncture to step down to facilitate the renewal of the Board, in view of the recent changes in controlling shareholders of the Company. Following the Resignation, Ms Tan will also cease to be a member of the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Nominating Committee.

The Company would like to express its gratitude and appreciation for Ms Tan's valuable contributions to the Board during her tenure.

After having interviewed Ms Tan and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the resignation of Ms Tan as Non-Executive Director of the Company.
