BOOK CLOSURE :

Notice is hereby given that the Register of Shareholders and the Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from Saturday, the 16th July, 2016 to Tuesday, the 26th July, 2016 (both days inclusive) in connection with the 14th Annual General Meeting of the Bank to be held on Tuesday, the 26th July, 2016.


INTERNAL CUT-OFF DATE :

Those shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Shareholders / Beneficial owners as furnished by NSDL/CDSL as at the close of business hours on the date i.e Friday, the 24th June, 2016 (Internal Cut-Off Date) shall be entitled to participate in the election i.e. nominate, contest and vote in election of directors from amongst Shareholders other than Central Government, pursuant to Section 9 (3) (i) of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970.

e-VOTING CUT-OFF DATE :

The e-Voting rights of the shareholders/beneficiary owners shall be reckoned on the equity shares held by them as on Tuesday, the 19th July, 2016 being the Cut-off date for the purpose. Shareholders of the Bank holding shares either in physical or in dematerialized form, as on the Cut-off date, may cast their vote electronically on the agenda items other than Election of Shareholder Directors.
