The Board of Directors of the Company, having considered the recommendation of the Nominating Committee and having reviewed and considered Mr Ganessaraj's qualifications and work experience, are of the view that Mr Ganessaraj possesses the requisite experience and capabilities to assume the responsibilities of a Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Group. Accordingly, the Nominating Committee recommended, and the Board has approved, the appointment of Mr Ganessaraj as Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Group.
