| Narrative version | NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Bank will be closed from 5.00 p.m. on 24 April 2026 up to (and including) 27 April 2026, for the purpose of determining shareholders entitlements to the final one-tier tax exempt dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 ("FY25 Final Dividend") of 42 cents for every ordinary share held, subject to the approval of the Shareholders' to the FY25 Final Dividend at the Annual General Meeting of the Bank to be convened on 16 April 2026.
Duly completed registrable transfers of ordinary shares ("Shares") received by the Bank's share registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd., 1 Harbourfront Avenue, #14-07 Keppel Bay Tower, Singapore 098632 up to 5.00 p.m. on 24 April 2026 will be registered before entitlements to the FY25 Final Dividend are determined. Shareholders whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with Shares as at 5.00 p.m. on 24 April 2026 will rank for the FY25 Final Dividend.
The FY25 Final Dividend, if approved, will be paid on 8 May 2026. |
