Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): This is further to our letter dated June 07, 2021 wherein the Company had informed that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 through Video Conference / Other Audio-Visual Means, in accordance, with the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

In terms of the requirements of Regulation 34(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting herewith the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2020-21 and the Notice of the 26th AGM, which is being sent through electronic mode to the Members.
