Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
To avoid perceived or potential conflicts arising from the fact that Oxley Holdings Limited is a client of the employer of Mr Wong Quee Quee, Jeffrey. Mr Wong's cessation is with no notice period as there is no stipulated notice period between the Company and Mr Wong in this regard. The Company and Mr Wong have agreed that the cessation is to take effect with no notice period.

After having interviewed Mr Wong and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that, other than as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr Wong as the Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company.
