Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Mr Fu Ching Xiong ("Ching Xiong") has tendered his resignation as the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Company to pursue other career opportunities.

After having interviewed Ching Xiong and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Ching Xiong as CFO.

In addition, there are no concerns with regards to financial reporting that led to the cessation of Ching Xiong, and there are no disagreements between Ching Xiong and the Company's Board of Directors with regards to practices that will have an impact on the Company's financial reporting.

Following the resignation of Ching Xiong, the Company has identified a suitable candidate for the position of CFO and will make the necessary announcement upon completion of the requisite clearance and formalities.
