This is to inform the Exchange that the Board Meeting of the Bank will be held on Wednesday, the 4th November, 2015 at Bangalore, to approve, inter-alia the Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank, for the Second Quarter and Half-year ended 30th September, 2015.

In terms of Clause 10(A) of Canara Bank Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealings in shares of the Bank will remain closed from 21.10.2015 to 06.11.2015 for the Directors / Designated Persons of the Bank and will be reopened on 07.11.2015, on account of Board Meeting to be held on 04.11.2015, inter-alia, to approve the Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank for the Second Quarter and Half-year ended 30th September, 2015, as informed above.
