Please be informed that the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process CIRP in C.P. No. IB-378(PB)/2017 in the matter of Moser Baer India Limited has commenced w.e.f. 14.11.2017 pursuant to the order of Honble NCLT, Principal Bench, New Delhi dated 14.11.2017. Vide said order, the undersigned has been appointed as an Interim Resolution Professional. Copy of the order dated 14.11.2017 is attached.

In compliance of the provisions of Regulation 6(1) of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India -Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016, the IRP has already made the Public Announcement on 17.11.2017 in Business Standard English & Hindi edition. Copy of the same is attached.
