We would like to inform you that on September 26, 2018, the Company has received resignation letter from Mr. Shanti Lal Jain as Nominee Director (Allahabad Bank Limited) from the Board of Directors of 3i Infotech Limited ( the Company ) since he has been transferred from Allahabad Bank Limited to Bank of Baroda.

The Company is yet to receive withdrawal of nomination letter from Allahabad Bank Limited. The Company expects to receive the same shortly.
