This is to inform you that the 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Members of 3i Infotech Limited will be held on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. at Arya Samaj Hall, Plot No.6, Sector 9A, Vashi, Navi Mumbai- 400 703.

Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, November 30, 2016 to Wednesday, December 7, 2016 (both days inclusive).
