The Board of Directors ("Board") of Soup Holdings Limited ("Company", together with its subsidiaries, collectively the "Group") wishes to announce that Mr Then Khek Koon ("Mr Then KK") has resigned as the Executive Director ("ED") of the Company on 2 July 2026 for personal reasons.

Following his resignation, Mr Then KK is no longer the ED of the Company with effect from 2 July 2026.
