Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 3 July 2023, 5 September 2023, 27 September 2023 and 28 September 2023 in relation to the conditional exit offer by OUEH Investments Pte. Ltd. (the "Offeror"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, for the proposed voluntary delisting (the "Delisting") of Healthway Medical Corporation Limited ("HMC") (the "Exit Offer").

In connection with the Exit Offer, an announcement has been issued today by Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited for and on behalf of the Offeror on:

(a) the extension of the Exit Offer, and the final closing date for the Exit Offer;

(b) the price of the Exit Offer being final and no revision being made thereto;

(c) the intention of the Offeror with respect to any trading suspension of the shares of HMC and the delisting of HMC from the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited;

(d) there being no right of compulsory acquisition for the Offeror;

(e) the procedures for acceptance of the Exit Offer; and

(f) the level of valid acceptances received in respect of the Exit Offer.
