Pursuant to Rule 704(17)(d) of the SGX-ST Listing Manual, the Company wishes to announce that its interest in United Industrial Corporation Limited ("UIC"), has increased to 717,334,550 UIC shares or 50.075% of UIC's issued capital (1,432,531,362 UIC shares).

The increase in its shareholdings was pursuant to open market purchases by its wholly-owned subsidiary, UOL Equity Investments Pte Ltd, of 83,700 UIC shares on 27 August 2018 at an average price of S$3.12165 per share.
