Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Mr. Cheong Tuck Yan Titus Jim ("Mr. Cheong") and the Company have mutually agreed to terminate the appointment of Mr. Cheong as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") in order for Mr. Cheong to pursue other business opportunities. Mr. Cheong's last day of service with the Group will be 14 December 2023.

The Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., after having interviewed Mr. Cheong and to the best of its knowledge, is satisfied that save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the resignation of Mr. Cheong as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

In addition, there are no concerns with regards to financial reporting that led to the resignation of Mr. Cheong and there are no disagreements between Mr. Cheong and the Board of Directors of the Company with regards to practices that would have an impact to the Company's and/or the Group's financial reporting.

The Company will make the necessary announcement when a suitable replacement for the position of Chief Financial Officer is appointed.
