Telstra Corporation Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Telstra Group Limited (ASX TLS), the
head entity of the Telstra Group.
Further, Craig Emery will be appointed as Company Secretary of Telstra Corporation Limited
following the retirement of Sue Laver. The appointment will be effective 16 October 2024.
