This is to inform you that Ms. Sarojini Dikhale (DIN-02755309), being eligible, had offered herself for re-appointment under Sec 152 of the Companies Act 2013 at the 25th Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Subsequently, the item for re-appointment of Ms. Sarojini DIkhale was included as part of in the notice of the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of 3i Infotech Limited ( the Company ) which was held on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at 12:30 p.m.

As per the combined results of the remote e-voting and the physical voting by ballot paper conducted at the AGM, which was declared on Thursday, August 2, 2018 the resolution in respect of re-appointment of Ms. Sarojini DIkhale (DIN:02755309) was not passed with the requisite majority.

In view of this, Ms. Sarojini Dikhale (DIN:02755309) ceases to be a Director of the Company effective July 31, 2018.
