Bank Vontobel AG (the Issuer) wishes to announce that the existing Designated Market Maker (Vontobel Financial Products (Asia Pacific) Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) intends to resign with effect from 14 August 2017 (the Effective Date). The Issuer appointed Vontobel Limited (Hong Kong) as new Designated Market Maker applying as of the Effective Date.
For purposes of the Warrants, the Issuer has updated the attached Term Sheets the Supplemental Listing Documents to reflect this change.
