We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. on Thursday February 8, 2024, have inter alia

1. approved and adopted the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023 .
2. approved the appointment of Ms. Shumaila Sernobat [ICSI Membership No. A28552] as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company (KMP) w.e.f. February 8, 2024, in compliance of the provisions of section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, Regulation 6 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Regulation 9(3) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
