Pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(b)(i) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, [Regulation] we would like to inform you that the Company will submit with BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited, the Audited Standalone Financial Results along with Auditors Report as well as the Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the first three quarters of financial year 2017-18, after the same are approved by the Board and accordingly published the same in the newspapers, as prescribed under Regulation 47 of the said Regulation.
