The Board of Directors of Malaysia Smelting Corporation Berhad ("MSC" or "the Company") wishes to announce that Mr. John Mathew A/L Mathai has resigned from the ESG Committee effective 22 March 2025 and has been replaced by Datuk Lim Hong Tat.

The composition of the ESG Committee after the changes is as follows:-

1. Dato Roslina Binti Zainal - Chairman, Independent Non-Executive Director ("INED");
2. Datuk Kamaruddin Bin Taib - Member, INED; and
3. Datuk Lim Hong Tat Member, INED.
