Adecoagro S.A., a joint stock corporation (societe anonyme) incorporated and existing under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, (the Issuer), announces that it has commenced a cash tender offer (the Tender Offer) for cash up to US$100.0 million in aggregate principal amount (subject to increase or decrease by the Issuer, in its sole discretion) of its 6.000% senior notes due 2027. The Tender Offer is being made upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in an offer to purchase, dated July 22, 2024.
