The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Miyoshi Limited (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that the Company has entered into an international distributorship agreement with Core Power (Fujian) New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd ("Core Power") to serve its customers in various countries around the world, with the exception of the People s Republic of China ("Agreement"). Core Power will handle business in the Chinese market.

Under the terms of the Agreement, the Company will help to promote Core Power's all-electric vehicles outside China for a period of three (3) years with immediate effect.

None of the Directors, controlling shareholders or substantial shareholders of the Company or their respective associates have any interest, direct or indirect, in relation to the Agreement.

The Agreement is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the Company and the Group for the current financial year ending 31 August 2018.
