Mr Lim Soon Hock ("Mr Lim") will relinquish his role as the Chairman of the Board, while remaining on the Board as the Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director of the Company, as well as a member of the Nominating Committee ("NC") and the Remuneration Committee ("RC"). This is to facilitate the appointment of a new Executive Chairman of the Board, Mr Soon Yeow Kwee Johnny pursuant to a proposal from Mr Soon Yeow Kwee Johnny and Mr Yong Yeow Sin, two controlling shareholders, to invite Mr Soon Yeow Kwee Johnny back on the board to complement the management team, and in particular, to increase the focus on building and strengthening the relationship with a major customer.
