NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Green River Holding Co. Ltd. (the Company) has announced a cash dividend of NT$ 2.0 per common share after such dividend was approved at the general shareholders meeting on June 24, 2019 and the meeting of Board of Director on March 11, 2019.
As a result, pursuant to the Terms and Conditions of the Bonds, the Company informs the holders of Bonds that Closed Period will be effect during the period from July 3 to July 28, 2019 (both days inclusive).
