Ms Ong Lizhen, Daisy ("Ms Ong") has tendered her resignation as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company to pursue other professional opportunities and personal interests.

To ensure a seamless leadership transition, Ms Ong will continue in her role until 15 May 2026. During this period, she will lead the finalisation of the Audited Financial Statements, the Annual Report, and the Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

The Board of Directors wishes to express its sincere gratitude to Ms Ong for her dedicated service and significant contributions to the Company during her tenure, and wishes her the very best in her future endeavours.
